At the Cedar Box, you will find that we are very knowable and friendliest people in then business. Feel free to look and touch (smell) the cigars. We have a passion for cigars. We have made sure that our cigars are kept at ideal temperature and humidity levels with several hand made self-contained humidors as well as a cedar lined walk-in humidor in the back of our store. When we began The Cedar Box, we started our inventory based on customer requests. We wanted to carry what you want. If you don’t see your cigar in our store, ask us for it. And we will see about getting it.
We also pride ourselves on our customer service. We have educated ourselves in the cigar industry by attending trade shows and reading industry trade magazines. We want you to ask questions if you are not sure what you want. No more getting ignored in a cigar shop. We love cigars, and it shows.
