CEDAR BOX CIGAR REVIEWS

This Is Where We Review Cigars & Tell What We Think

This is the first of many reviews. Jay and myself. We will review some of the fine cigars here at the cedar box. This will let you know what we think of them. We mite try and old favorite or we may even find a new one. This will give you some ideas on what mite suite your pallet. We will change reviewers from time to time. See in cert below to see how you mite become a reviewer here at the Cedar Box.

This is how the revews work:

Jay will hand out a random cigar (with out the band) the reviewers smoke and then write a review on what they think of the cigar. After all the reviews are done we will tell the brand of the cigar. Below I have started the chart for the first cigar that we will review, I will add the other reviews when I get them.

Want to be a reviewer:

If you feel like you should be a reviewer send Gary or Jay an email and explain why and we will see about letting you review some fine smokes. There are some rules to this:

* You MUST live in the area to pickup and turn in reviews. And be able to write clearly and in plain english, no chicken scratches.

La Aroma De Cuba Reviewed (#23)

La Aroma de Cuba is one of the world's best selling boutique cigar brands, made for and distributed by Ashton.

Using proprietary Cuban seed Honduran tobaccos, the La Aroma de Cuba is one of the most popular boutique brands ever made in Honduras.

Oliva Series V DBL Robusto Reviewed (#22)

Rolled with specially selected ligero leaf, all top quality, the Serie V packs a punch due to its full body; however, its strength does not dominate the experience. The specially aged and fermented tobaccos make for a complex flavor that adds layers of enticing notes of pepper, leather and earthy undertones. This line represents the strongest and richest cigar Oliva has to offer.

The VSG is blended exclusively for Ashton by Carlos Fuente Jr. using 4 to 5 year old aged Dominican tobacco taken from the finest and most fertile plants. Other Comments
Good smoke ,though the flavors were a bit mild. it would make a nice afternoon smoke.
Excellent overall cigar I could smoke this daily short finish.
I prefer a medium to full bodied cigar and this lacked the flavor I desire.
